No need to be sweet chipper sales associate you usually are. <br />5) Self-preservation above all! If you&#39;re getting a bad vibe (believe me, you&#39;ll know, and you&#39;ll likely be right) it&#39;s perfectly ok to abandon the customer service skills and get rude.
