Our good friend, fellow speaker and retailer, Mary Liz Curtain is throwing the potty party of the year; and one we’ve never seen done before.Mary Liz owns Leon & Lulu, a unique and eclectic furniture, gift and home décor store that’s located in the historic Ambassador Roller Rink in Clawson, Michigan. The cool thing is that Mary Liz kept the traditional and kitschy parts of the roller rink and incorporated them right into Leon & Lulu’s décor.
So if you’re going to be in town on Thursday, March 20 stop in for “Decorating the Throne”, a unique fundraiser that’s inspired by Stagecrafters' upcoming production of Urinetown – The Musical. You can bid in person or on-line for more than 25 one-of-a-kind, artfully decorated toilet seats that are sure to make you flip your lid. Pun intended.
Doors open at 6:00 pee.m; the auction begins at 7:00 pee.m. Keeping with the Ambassador Roller Rink theme, guests will be treated to rink food and beverages. Memories!
