Just in case you missed it, infamous heiress and pop-culture icon, Paris Hilton began her jail sentance today. And when Madame Tussauds Wax Museum in NYC opened its doors for business this morning, there was Paris' wax figure looking fabulous in a black and white striped jailbird suit. Paris II will sport her stripes for the duration the real Paris' jail sentence.
There are a lot of creative retailers out there -- we can only imagine what they will think up next. You've got to work those trends!
It should be pointed out that this is the first time Madame Tussaud's has altered the clothing of an exhibit outside the usual wardrobe touch-ups. I wonder if Paris' new cellmate will get a wax installation to accessorize the new Paris Hilton exhibit?
