Happy Mothers Day! We hope that all of you Moms will be able to enjoy a relaxing day at home, being pampered and served by your families. Wait! What are we thinking? Most of you reading this are retailers! You'll likely be in your stores pampering other Mothers. Well, we wish you the best, wherever you are! (Georganne likes to point out that on Mothers Day 20 years ago she was just beginning 28 hours of hard labor that resulted in her wonderful daughter Kate. She particularly likes to point this out to Kate, who just looks at Georganne and smiles.)
We have recently returned from the first trip of what our families are calling our "Summer Tour". We're excited that our calender is full -- we're going to so many wonderful places to be with groups of diverse retailers and service providers. This is a good thing because we will be able to stop and shop along the way. As you know, one of the things we like to do is experience customer service from coast to coast. The first leg of our Summer Tour brings us to Vancouver, Canada; Naples, Florida; Kona, Hawaii; Washington, DC; Minneapolis; Albany, NY; Denver; Calgary, Alberta; Las Vegas (several times); Orlando and Chicago (sometimes we we even get to speak at home!).
