The 2006 Folio: Publishing Summit held the 2006 FAME Awards -- awards that recognize the best magazine produced events. And this year, Craftrends Magazine received the 2006 Best Conference & Expo Gold Award (that's FIRST place!) for The MemoryTrends Trade Show, held October 8 - 12, 2005. Last year The MemoryTrends Trade Show was recognized as one of the fastest growing trade shows in America, and Bill Gardner, Craftrends Magazine Editorial Director (and the creator of The MemoryTrends Trade Show), won the first place Gold Award in the American Society of Business Publication Editors (ASBPE) 26th Annual Awards Competition in the category "Regular Column, Staff Written".
But that's not all! In 2004, our column, "Georganne & Rich on the Road", which appears monthly in Craftrends Magazine, won the first place Gold Award in the American Society of Business Publication Editors (ASBPE) 26th Annual Awards Competition in the category "Regular Column Contributed".
